Return and Refund Policy
TurboSmooth accepts eligible standard-product returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Approved change-of-mind returns receive store credit only, not a refund to the original payment method. Returned products must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, complete, in original packaging and supported by proof of purchase.
Customers must request authorization by emailing info@turbosmooth.ca within 14 days of delivery. Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 days using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return results from a verified TurboSmooth error.
Custom, personalized, commissioned, altered, installed, clearance, final-sale and misused products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Normal 3D-printing characteristics, including layer lines, minor texture, colour variation and small dimensional differences, are not considered defects.
Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. TurboSmooth may offer replacement, repair, store credit or another legally required remedy.
Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, colours and product details before ordering. Cancellation requests made within 2 hours may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Refused or unclaimed shipments may have original shipping charges and carrier return fees deducted accordingly.
